Housing for immigrant victims of abuse
New York’s landlords know their rights, and so should you. This training will focus on tenants’ rights in New York City, as well as how to enforce those rights. The training will also discuss immigrants’ options for affordable housing, including low-income developments, public housing, and LINC. The session will be conducted by Kevitt Adler, Esq. of Sanctuary for Families. CLE Credit: 2 credits in professional practice. This course provides transitional credit for newly admitted attorneys and non-transitional credit for experienced attorneys.
