Description:


Advocates and practicing attorneys will discuss the U.S. Supreme Court’s opinion in U.S. v. Texas and will discuss the implications for legal advocates and clients on the ground. A representative of USCIS will discuss the implications, such as implementation of the court’s decision, for the agency in the aftermath of the U.S. v. Texas decision. A representative from the Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs will discuss city government efforts to connect eligible immigrants to information and legal assistance where appropriate.
