Topics include: A more in-depth examination of issues that frequently arise in the context of CLARO consultations:  amending the answer; analyzing an affidavit of service and preparing a motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction; examining a court file and preparing an affidavit in support of an order to show cause to vacate a default judgment; preparing discovery demands and responding to notices to admit and interrogatories.
