Advance planning documents have been promoted by law and health professions for nearly a half a century, and yet, only one in three US adults have created any sort of advance planning document. This Legal Basics webcast will address some of the confusion surrounding advance planning documents and health care decision-making. With a focus on financial planning and health care, this program will explain how creating these documents can further the dual goals of assuring that a clients' wishes are honored and reducing the risk of abuse and exploitation.
