Consumer law can be an invaluable tool for protecting nursing facility residents and their families. This Advanced Legal Training webcast will explain how consumer law can be used both to enforce important provisions of federal nursing facility law and to push back against improper facility billing practices. The session will include information on how to combat problems, including: facility overcharges, charges assessed against family members, arbitration agreements, and illegal evictions.
