Intended primarily for non-attorneys, particularly staff and volunteers of organizations with little or no legal capacity, this training will provide instruction on the basics of immigration law, policy, and history, information-sharing best practices, document/evidence gathering, and general outreach strategies. Leaving this training, participants will be able to assist in the case management aspects of a variety of immigration cases, including naturalization, TPS, DACA, and generalized immigration legal consultations.
