Introduction to basic immigration terms and an overview of the different forms of immigration relief for victims of Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, and Human Trafficking. This webcast is meant for attorneys who have never practiced immigration law and are interested in taking a pro bono case in the area of humanitarian relief. The webcast will provide an introduction into the basic questions you need to ask of your client and provide a brief description of three common forms of humanitarian relief so you are able to identify legal issues and assess which form of relief your client may be eligible for.
