The Basics of Benefit Claims (Webinar)

This webinar provides a “boot camp” on the basics of ERISA claims procedures. It will cover the basics of claims procedures for retirement benefits and medical benefits, as well as the proposed claim changes for disability benefits. From beginning to end, the panelists will walk the audience from the initial claims submission to a claims denial and information to perfect the claim, the “full and fair” claims review process, and the need to exhaust the administrative remedies.
