Description:


The panel will explore some ERISA fiduciary issues for plan sponsors to consider in connection with the retention of professional service providers to perform administrative and advisory services for 401(k) plans. The discussion will include topics such as structures for recordkeeping arrangements and services, attendant legal considerations, and best practices. The panel includes an outside counsel, an investment consultant, and may include an in-house HR plan administrator or counsel.
