IMMIGRATION HOTLINE

The NYIC, in cooperation with Catholic Charities, Univision and El Diario is organizing an immigration hotline event, to address the questions of the community members. Each day will have its own theme, ranging from housing, immigrants with criminal convictions to the recent Executive Orders issued by the President. The NYIC is looking for Spanish speaking volunteers to respond to these questions during this multi-day event.

VOLUNTEER ROLES
General volunteer: Receive calls on various immigration related topics from community members. Give information and refer the callers to service providers. Training and materials will be provided.
