SERVICE OF LEGAL PROCESS AND CURRENT DEVELOPMENTS
    
When serving process on behalf of a law firm, our contact is usually a paralegal; therefore, it is important that paralegals be knowledgeable of the most current process serving procedures in NY State. NYSPPSA will educate and inform as to the rules and statutes under which process servers in the State of New York operate, as well as the role NYSPPSA plays in insuring accountability and professionalism in the process serving industry.
