Dedicated to the progress and advancement of all paralegals.
Fordham Law School’s Feerick Center for Social Justice invites attorneys and other professionals to a Training Session for the Education Component of the Legal, Economic, and Educational Advancement Project (LEEAP). The event will be held on Wednesday, June 20, 2018, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
The Education Component of LEEAP works to recruit and train professionals and others who then assist students and families with low incomes as they navigate the complicated New York City public high school application process.
The Training Session will provide information about the Education Component of LEEAP, which is currently in its sixth year. LEEAP offers long-term and short-term volunteer opportunities at several community-based organizations and schools in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and the Bronx. This session will provide information regarding the various volunteer positions available and the opportunity to connect with representatives from specific LEEAP host organizations.
We are happy to hold one-on-one training sessions for those of you who cannot attend but would still like to get involved.
We look forward to working with you!
