The presentation will also examine how title and ownership comes up in the following case types:

  • Public Benefits Eligibility
  • Probate
  • Mortgage or Condo Foreclosure
  • Real Property Taxes
  • Financial Exploitation
  • Fraud

This webcast will provide a basic overview and will include a detailed Chapter Summary with additional information.

Presenter:

  • Amy Mix, Supervising Attorney, Consumer Fraud and Financial Abuse Unit, Legal Counsel for the Elderly

Closed captioning will be available on this webcast. A link with access to the captions will be shared through GoToWebinar's chat box shortly before the webcast start time.
