Is returning to work like having an adult case of “back to school” jitters? 

For many of us, that first day of school was a million years ago – but the memories of those jittery hours sometimes are very close to the surface.  As companies start to welcome staff back to the workplace, those first day butterflies are back. 

Whether you were the first day kid intent on looking up-to-the-minute trendy, or prepping meticulously with school supplies, or excited about seeing friends again, or ready to take on the challenge of learning new things, you may be facing the adult equivalent of the first day jitters as you head back to the office. Add in the uncertainty of new procedures to protect everyone from the Coronavirus and it’s no wonder that each person feels a bit anxious.

The intent of this webinar is to help you become more aware of your own reactions to the challenges of reentry and begin to acknowledge the reactions of your teammates, who may respond differently than you do.
