DAY OF EVENT: LOGISTICAL SUPPORT
Saturday, May 20th, 2023 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
During the event, we need volunteers to assist our events team with the following critical logistical roles that make the event run smoothly:
Copy Station
There are two important roles Copy Station volunteers play during the event: To make
copies of the participant's green card as they enter the event and to make copies of
documents that must be included with their application.
Event Flow Management
The role of an Event Flow Management volunteer is to guide participants as they make
their way through the event. Event Flow volunteers may also be asked to be interpreters
for participants and are critical to help the event run smoothly.
Waiting Area
The role of a Waiting Area volunteer is to help participants with completing their two intake
forms. The Participant Registration Form (PRF) is yellow and helps us identify the
participant as well as collects demographic information. The N-400 Preparation Sheet is
white and completing it helps speed up the Application Assistance process.
